Refund policy

Returns

If you realize that natural products are not for you, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Danish consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
